The coordinator nor the couple had any clue that there would be a wedding on this day. Fast forward to wedding day and my best man went to talk to this other couple's coordinator. They were also frustrated because it would cause them to have to deal with other people in their way. When I told my wedding planner, videographer, and photographer they could not believe it. Long story short she told me too bad, she was allowing them to do it. ![]() We had pictures all day, the vendors had to set up, etc. I, of course, said that would not be possible. About a month before the wedding the coordinator (June) called me telling me that there was a wedding the day after mine and that the couple wanted there rehearsal to be the day of our wedding. Ultimately, I had my coordinator handle it, and it was all fine. I assured June that we'd NEVER EVER dream of getting in someone else's way and would gladly even rehearse closer to the parking lot, and she was still flakey about this. In any event, there was a wedding the day the contract said we could rehearse (it's a contract, though). My bridal party was coming from out of town so I wanted to get this finalized so they could book flights. I booked my wedding more than a year in advance and asked to schedule my rehearsal about a year out. She isn't very organized (failed to send receipts after promising to do so), hard to get in touch with (always "our of the office" or experiencing "technical difficulties"), and pretty impossible if she disagrees with your plans (i.e. She's not terrible, and she was fine on our wedding day.
